Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only.

Local Pickup / Delivery (Optional)
If offered, local pickup or delivery details will be shared via email after your order is placed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or neighbors.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
